TURNAROUND TIME:
From first contact to finished product we usually work on a schedule of 1-3 weeks.** This turn around time can vary depending on the size of your order and how much work is needed to prepare your artwork, decide on your design, payment, etc. This does NOT include shipping time, which is determined by your state.
**Rush orders are possible however may include an additional charge!
SHIPPING:
To ensure prompt service and 
accurate tracking, all packages* are shipped out via UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
